1. Acceptance
By using the Etamen App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16 years or older to use Etamen. Accounts for minors are not permitted.
3. App Use
Etamen provides monitoring and alert services for seniors. Use the app responsibly and follow all instructions.
4. SOS and Emergency Alerts
• SOS alerts notify caregivers via SMS and push notifications. • Etamen is not an emergency service. Always contact local authorities in life-threatening situations. • Misuse of SOS alerts is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your account information, securing your credentials, and notifying the Company of unauthorized access.
6. Trial and Subscription Fees
The Company may provide a free trial period for the app. After the trial, continued use of the app for a group (consisting of a senior and their caregiver(s)) may require payment of a subscription or usage fee per group. Any fees, billing terms, and payment methods will be clearly communicated to users in advance. Fees and billing terms may change with prior notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
• Misusing the SOS feature. • Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app. • Uploading malicious content or unauthorized communications.
8. Updates
The Company may automatically install updates, bug fixes, or improvements. Continued use of the app constitutes consent to receive updates.
9. Customer Service Disclaimer
Customer support is provided for app-related inquiries only. It is not an emergency service. In emergencies, contact local authorities immediately.
10. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse SOS alerts, or engage in prohibited conduct.
11. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, and features are the Company's property. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or mediation in Saudi Arabia. By using the app, you consent to this jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
